Peso Premier 1 Loan (Anywhere in Mexico)
- For US Citizens and Mexican Nationals
- New and pre-owned single family home and condo purchases or home improvement only
- Minimum loan amount of $350,000.00 Pesos (no maximum)
- 20% down payment minimum
- Fixed 11.98% APR on 20 years or 11.75% APR on 15 years
- 15 and 20 year amortizations
- Applicants Credit History, not FICO Score will be used for qualification - DTI cannot exceed 40%
- Seller contributions are allowed
- 2.5% Prepayment Fee
- Property Insurance, 3 months Disability Insurance and Accidental Death Insurance benefits are included on principal and co-principal
US Dollar Premier 1 (Mexico resort locations only)
- For US Citizens 25 years of age or older with qualifying credit
- New and pre-owned single family home and condo purchases only as primary residence or second home
- Minimum loan amount $100,000 USD
- Maximum loan amount $1,000,000 USD in all areas ($1,5000,000 USD in certain areas)
- 680+ FICO Score to qualify with DTI not exceeding 40%
- Up to 3% seller contribution allowed
- 30% down payment minimum
- Fixed 7.99% APR for first 3 years
- 30 year amortization
- Prepayment Penalty of 3% for the first 3 years
Premier 2 US Dollar Loan (Anywhere in Mexico)
- For US Citizens with qualifying credit - Applicants must have primary residence in the US (non-rental) with utilities in their name
- New and pre-owned single family home and condo purchases or construction financing and cash outs
- 20 amortization
- 680+ FICO Score to qualify with DTI not exceeding 40%
- 65% maximum LTV
- 50% down payment - 7.375% Fixed
- 40% down payment - 7.625% Fixed
- 35% down payment - 7.750% Fixed
- $500,000.00 minimum loan amount
- $1,000,000.00 maximum loan amount
- 1-2-3 / 3-2-1 Prepayment Penalty
- 2X requested loan amount in liquid assets

Premier 3 US Dollar Loan (Anywhere in Mexico)
- For US Citizens 18 years of age with qualifying credit

- $1,500,000 U$D maximum loan amount
- 15, 20 or 25 year amortization
- Fixed 9.0%-15 years, 9.25%-20 years or 9.5%-25

Premier 5 US Dollar Loan (Resort locations only)
- For US Citizens with qualifying Credit
- For purchases of finished single family homes and condominiums

- 2, 3 & 5 year fixed rates
- 70% LTV
- $200,000 minimum loan amount
- $2,000,000 maximum loan amount
- 680 FICO Score to qualify with DTI not exceeding 45%

Development Loans
- Conficasa is always excited to talk to Developers and assist them with project financing in Mexico
- Each loan is reviewed for approval on its own merits
- Development loans are presently offered for housing, condominium and resort projects only, we do not offer development loans for commercial properties at this time
- Conficasa has a correspondent relationship with several Mexican banks and private investors to accommodate most developers in securing financing for their projects
- We will help Developers sell their project through our worldwide sales network
- We also offer purchaser financing to assist Developer sales efforts
